Operation Write Home put up a new tutorial, showing info on One Sheet Wonder cards. They included a template on how to cut a 12 x 12 sheet of paper (created by Seongsook Duncan) so that you have the bits and pieces to make 8 cards.
I decided my first set would use a sheet of the 7 Gypsies Mykonos Collection Delos paper that I found yesterday for a steal.
I love how easy it was to cut and create 8 cards. I cut the colored sentiment layer from the colored base and the white sentiment bit from the card front (I always adhere completed cards to a white cardbase.)
Wausau Fleck cardstock. Red is Darice Core-dinations Parisian Nights, Green is Bazzill Pear. DP is 7 Gypsies Mykonos Delos. Sentiment is Studio G in Memento Tuxedo Black. Shapeabilities Scalloped & Circle dies.
*Oh, that card that’s second from left, top row? I put the DP on crooked and when I peeled it up, I ripped the base layer. I added a strip + Oval Chain diecut to make it pretty.
**The colored bases came from 8.5 x 11 pieces of paper. Each sheet gives you 4 bases and the leftover strips are what you use over joints. I forgot to do contrasting strips – that’ll be the next batch.
