This is the best commercial ever because it’s basically just a wonderful YouTube video featuring Cookie Monster, my favorite Sesame Street character. I know I’m not a kidlet, but I am the same age as Sesame Street. It’s simply a matter of being a fan of one of my peers…
“Yeah, uh, me not really understand that.”
This lesson ties into Delayed Gratification as well.
Instead of a generic stamped sentiment, I created a Cookie specific sentiment on my computer and printed out several of them. Guess who will be making more of these this afternoon?

A video with Cookie Monster and Tom Hiddleston –
Delayed gratication indeed.
Today’s card was created on a whim. I won blog candy from She Who is Known as Sandy, Queen of Copics. Included in the candy was a Stampin’ Up solid circle stamp that I realized was the perfect size for Googly Eyes. The card started with that pair of eyes. I then grabbed a deep blue piece of cardstock. I looked at my Shapeabilities dies and decided on a scalloped oval. Another smaller solid oval for the mouth and Voila, le monster de cookie was on my crafting table.
The cookie was a diecut circle. I used the edge of a scalloped die to create the bite. Chocolate chips are done with colored pencil. I could have used brads as well – that’ll be the next card.
