I Moose Ewe.

During the Operation Write Home Memorial Day Weekend Bloghop, one of the stops was Doodle Dragon Studios. I saw Dustin Pike’s I Moose Ewe art and was prompted make my first ever Digi purchase.

In hindsight, I should have cropped the digi closer so the layering could have been tighter so that I could have made this a landscape style card instead of protrait. (whew) Still, totally cute and I’m pleased with the Spectrum Noir coloring. This is a new paper and it held the color really well – paper has been my marker issue. I don’t know how much I like doing it but am completely unwilling to blow $50 on paper only to find that I really don’t enjoy it. Found this sealed pack of cardstock at a thrift for $5.00. This will let me play with the markers without breaking the bank.

As the card is, it needs something more – I can’t decided if brads should go on the right side or on the bottom.

Xerox Flecs Cover, Wausau Bright White, Core-dinations Brown. Sentiment from computer in CAC Moose (what other font would I use?). Digi from Doodle Dragon Studio, colored with Spectrum Noir markers. The Precious.
