Operation Write Home is having a Virtual Card making Party this weekend.
Challenge 5 is hosted by The Crooked Stamper – Disapppearing Act with Sketch 63.
To be honest, I just used the Disappearing part of the challenge as I had 2 patterns of paper I wanted to use together. I created a layout based on how the paper broke down into 6 sets.
Pattern papers are from a thrift stash. Cream is from stash. Sentiment is Doodlebug in Memento Rich Cocoa with Copper brad from Recollections.
I used a whole sheet of the background pattern and used a half sheet remnant of the stripe. Decided to mellow it out with the cream. Used a couple sheets of the solid paper as well.
Oooh, nice job! You are totally allowed to just disappear the paper, too. I mean, that’s the whole point, right? Great combination of patterns, and thanks for playing!
Nice paper combo. I especially like the layout that shows a bit more of the base paper with the smaller piece of the striped. Glad you got to play along this weekend!
That one came into being only because there was an ATG issue and I had to cut off the wonky bit.
