The new sketch challenge is up at Operation Write Home – #156.
Here’s my take. It’s the first time I’ve done paper piecing with a stamp.

I tweaked the placement of the 3 bottom embellishments because I wanted to use the balloon stamp and it’s nearly as big as the focal paper it’s on.
Tan paper is DCWV Silky Smooth. Navy background and bow is TPC Dark Blue Color Connect Texture. Balloon basket is TPC Tan Parchment. Balloon and stars are Pink Paislee Pop Fashion Collection*. Balloon is Hero Arts, stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black. Stars on basket colored with Stampin Up Pencil. Star embellishments are Sizzix Sizzlit Brad Washers. Brads from Recollections. Sentiment is TPC Studio Whimsy Greetings.
